Ikebana

Erika Mikazuki was born in Shiga Prefecture Japan and studied Ikebana at the Ryuseiha School based in Tokyo for over 20 years.

She has exhibited regularly at Shiga Prefectural Cultural exhibitions for over 10 years and worked with TORASARU on seasonal commissions since 2015.

She describes her work with flowers and plants as “freestyle” arrangements.

Erika is based in Japan and the U.K. and is currently undertaking public and private commissions.

Erika says:

Nature tells us about time

The budding of life

The fragility

The joy and the pain

I feel the four seasons from plants

I am happy to simply take them into my life for a moment.

三日月絵里香は滋賀県に生まれ、東京に拠点を置く龍生派で20年以上生け花を学びました。

10年以上にわたり滋賀県花道展覧会に出展し、2015年からはTORASARUに季節の花を生けています。

彼女は花や植物を使った作品を「フリースタイル」のアレンジメントとして表現しています。

現在Erikaは日本と英国に拠点を置き、公共および個人の依頼を請け負っています。

Erikaは言います：
